Proposals and agreements
Website content is an introduction to our services, not a binding offer or a replacement for a signed agreement. Each engagement sets out the services, deliverables, fees, currency, payment schedule and responsibilities of the parties.
Pricing and payment
Projects are quoted individually according to their scope. Development fees may be invoiced in stages. Recurring hosting, maintenance or support charges are agreed in writing. Payment instructions are provided on the applicable company invoice; this website does not accept payments.
Delivery and changes
Timelines, client dependencies, review stages and acceptance requirements are specified in the agreement. Changes to the scope, timing or fees require the process agreed for that project.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, termination, refunds and payment for completed work are governed by the signed agreement for the engagement. Please ask about these provisions before commissioning work.
Ownership and third-party services
Intellectual property, licensing, access and handover arrangements are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software and services may have their own charges, licences and conditions.
